Job Title: Admin & HR Officer – 1No.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master degree in Human Resources, or related field.
    • Preferable Qatar or GCC Experienced.
  • Candidates should have 5 years of Experience.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and office administration.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRMS systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ISO or quality management systems is a plus.
    Total Salary: Qar.5000/-
    ( Basic- Qar.3500/-, Food – Qar.500/-, Fixed Over Time – Qar.1000/) + Bachelor sharing Accomodation

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Functions:

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related documentation.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and timekeeping systems.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences, bonuses, and leaves.
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and up to date.
    • Coordinate training and development sessions and maintain records.

Administrative Functions:

  • Manage office supplies, maintenance, and inventory control.
  • Organize and coordinate administrative procedures and systems.
  • Maintain an effective filing system for company documents and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails, calls, and couriers.
    • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
    • Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff when needed.
    • Support in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
