Are you passionate about exhibitions and event production? Do you have hands-on experience coordinating projects and a strong understanding of stand materials like wood, metal, acrylic, and graphics?
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team and support the execution of high-quality exhibition stands. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in the exhibitions/events industry who is ready to grow and take on exciting, hands-on projects.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of exhibition stand projects
- Coordinate with design, production, logistics, and client teams
- Track timelines and project deliverables
- Understand and manage materials used in stand fabrication
- Provide on-site support during installation and dismantling
- Ensure quality control and proper documentation throughout the project
✅ Job Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in exhibitions or event coordination
- Knowledge of stand construction materials (wood, MDF, aluminum, acrylic, etc.)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willing to travel and support installations onsite
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
